Every company was completely booked because of the big show we were having. I came across Luxury By DB, and they were also booked. JP informed me that they were booked because of a major event that was going on in the city and ask what we needdc the service for. Once I explained the purpose of the service and how high of a priority it was to book a car, JP made our issue his issue! He told me that he would call me back in 15 mins. When he called me back, not only was he able to provide a driver, but he exceeded our expectations on what we needed. Phenomenal customer service and he checked in with me every step of the way! By far the best experience we've had with booking transportation. Looking forward to doing business every time we're in Indy!

My son is 15 yrs old and very talented When the sprinter arrived my son told his friend " somebody got a party bus". His friend replied "it's yours" he was so happy.
